The PA Ball Hawks are a 501c organization that was founded in January 2008 with a vision for athletes to engage in quality, competitive experiences.   A competitive athletic experience can produce a good work ethic, enhance social development, contribute to mental and physical health as well as teach values of personal responsibility, self-discipline, self-motivation, and teamwork.  During our first season, we fielded both tournament and recreational teams at the 14U, 12U and 10U age groups, with each group experiencing success for a first year organization.

Our success increased exponentially in 2009 and as a result we have attracted new talent to the organization for the upcoming 2010 season.  In 2010, we will field the following tournament teams: 16U, 14U Black, 14U Red, 12U Black, 12U Red, and 10U.  We will also field one recreational team at each age group in 2010.

Our strength has been our ability to retain talented players who continue with the organization in our older age groups while at the same time bringing in talented players to our 10U age group which allows us to maintain a strong and stable foundation to keep us competitive for many years to come.

Today, we feature six travel softball teams, 10U, two 12U, two 14U and 16U. We compete in softball tournaments in PA, NJ, MD, WV and VA. We also attempt to qualify and participate in the Nationals and\or World Series.

This is a yearly commitment, however we break in December and January. We start indoor training in February to prepare our players for the upcoming season. The PA BALL HAWKS are based in Southern York County. Our home field is behind Grace United Methodist Church which is located at 473 Plank Rd in Shrewsbury. We also use the field behind Bridgeway Community Church. The address is 255 Reynolds Mill Rd. York, PA.

Our coaches attend annual clinics to keep and update their skills so we can provide the best training available.
